Due to internal growth we are looking for a Group Sales Coordinator to join our team This role will oversee and coordinate all wholegood related transactions from purchase to settlement with supplier and payment from customer.
Responsibilities*
Verifies the completeness and accuracy of sales information such as customer information, equipment quantity, amounts, and payoff information needed for settlements
Loads and / or verifies retail note and used equipment and payoff information is added on the settlement and ensures all eligible programs / discounts are applied to the sale
Records retail notes, bonuses, rentals and other purchase information into the dealer business system
Assists Branches to invoice equipment sales and rentals in the business system to customer accounts as required
Represents the dealership as the point of contact for John Deere Financial on settlements inquiries and requests
May assist the Group Admin and Finance Team with general administrative tasks as required, such as credit card and banking reconciliations, etc
2+ years experience in financial accounting or administration
Proficient with financial concepts such as reconciliation and general ledger management
Proficient with accounting and financial systems
Proficient in use of excel to produce financial analyses
Good knowledge of basic accounting practices in a sales environment
