HR Consultant – NDIS & Operations
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with a strong operational background and a passion for people and culture to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the NDIS sector and is confident managing end-to-end HR functions while supporting organisational growth and compliance.
About the Role:
As our HR Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping National PBS and our culture. You will partner with managers and staff to deliver high-quality HR advice, drive recruitment, and ensure compliance across Work Health & Safety, Fair Work, and NDIS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and guidance across all areas of people and culture.
* Lead and manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and workforce planning.
* Advise on employee relations matters, policies, and compliance.
* Oversee Work Health & Safety requirements and ensure best practice.
* Support professional development initiatives and staff wellbeing.
* Assist with operational HR projects that align with organisational goals.
* Ensure HR practices comply with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards.
About You:
* Demonstrated experience in HR or People & Culture roles.
* Strong operational background, ideally within the NDIS/disability services sector.
* Knowledge of HR legislation, Fair Work, and WHS compliance.
* Proven experience in recruitment and workforce management.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on day-to-day support.
