About the role
As a service delivery team member, your objectives will be to ensure rostering priorities are met, including shift reallocation and liaising with employees to fill in where required, and approving timesheets for processing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assigning shifts to employees for NDIS and Aged care support services.
- Current knowledge of relevant industry Awards
- Effectively communicate to support workers, clients and other stakeholders
- Reacting to changing client needs and worker availability

About you
As our new Service Delivery Team member, you have a robust attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You are willing and able to learn new processes and systems and can communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders. We are looking for a team member who values communication, teamwork, and has the ability to adapt to changes.
It is desirable, but not essential to have rostering experience in aged care and NDIS.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
