My client is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Sales Support / Sales Agent to join their close‑knit team in a flexible, part‑time capacity. This role is ideal for someone looking to balance work with family commitments, with hours open to negotiation around school pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
Working Hours
* Monday: 9:30/10:00am – 4:00pm (flexible)
* Friday: 9:30/10:00am – 4:00pm (flexible)
* Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
About the Role
This is a walk‑in, walk‑out support role focused on assisting the sales team and ensuring a welcoming experience for clients. There are no hard sales targets and no commission structure – the priority is support, service, and teamwork. You will support two Sales Agents, with responsibilities including:
* Providing general sales and administrative support
* Handling new enquiries and making outbound calls when required
* Hosting sales appointments during busy periods or overflow situations
* Assisting with day‑to‑day office and sales operations, including calls, emails, being present in the display suite, assisting with paperwork, and CRM updates.
About You
* Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with clients
* Highly organised with strong admin skills
* Comfortable supporting a busy sales environment
* Able to step in and host appointments when needed
* Must hold a valid and current real estate licence (essential)
