General Maintenance Specialist
This role is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure, working in a team to identify requirements for improving current infrastructure, developing repair, maintenance, and construction plans, and ensuring completion of work from start to finish.
* Conducting daily site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of safety procedures.
