About The Role
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering world‑class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
What You'll Do
* First point of contact for all those entering the facility; greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols.
* Escort visitors to the proper location.
* Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
* Create presentations and speak to various‑sized groups.
* Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
* Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
* Address issues with vendors or staff as needed.
* Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers by providing solutions in a professional, customer‑service driven manner.
* Oversee support for the team as directed, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
* Review customised client materials to ensure they follow brand guidelines.
* Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures, and notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
* Deliver new hire orientation, training and coaching; create presentations and speak to various‑sized groups.
* Follow specific directions as given by the manager and work under minimal supervision.
* Gather and analyse data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
* Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
* Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
* Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
What You'll Need
* Previous experience in a similar role delivering a high standard of workplace experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Advanced organisational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
