**So what's it all about?**
You will work to a weekly call cycle Monday to Friday, visiting workshops/customers, where your skills in sales, relationship building and the industry, will see you earning strong commissions on top of your stable base salary.
This is a well-established Global brand, BUT with a need to expand across the ACT & Surrounding NSW to ensure the tools are never to blame You will need to be driven, determined, resilient, and passionate
S**o to sum it up, you will.**
- Manage your stores operations to meet sales, margin and profit targets.
- Maintain accountability for sales and collections, and P&L
- Review your store operations documents and balance each week.
- Complete all daily/weekly reporting requirements
- Visiting automotive workshops and other professional tool users on a weekly basis, selling products and building great relationships with your customers.
**You will have to have**
Valid driver's license and ideally hold a MR license or being willing to obtain one (all traning paid for by the company)
- Have a solid knowledge and hands on experience with tools and hardware
- Are self-motivated, well organised with the ability to work independently
- Good computer and administration skills
- Strong communication skills - interpersonal, relationship building, presentations, verbal/written, listening
- Automotive workshop experience, or have had your own businesses an advantage, BUT the desire to have one/ run one is essential.
