About the role
We are seeking a National Account Manager – Petrol & Convenience to lead our portfolio and deliver sustainable growth across key customers. The role can be based at either Rowville VIC or Bella Vista NSW, with a work‐from‐home option for two days a week.
Responsibilities
* Lead key petrol & convenience customer relationships and negotiations (pricing, promotions, range).
* Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that drive mutual growth.
* Identify opportunities across distribution, ranging, and in‐store execution.
* Own sales, profit, and trade‐spend budgets for your accounts.
* Deliver promotional strategies from planning through to post‐analysis.
* Use data and insights to influence decisions and optimise performance.
* Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance, and Demand Planning.
Qualifications
* 5–7 years FMCG account management experience.
* Experience in petrol & convenience or impulse channels (preferred).
* Strong commercial acumen with a P&L ownership mindset.
* Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
