Montessori Care is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to amplify our brand and advance our mission of supporting people with disabilities and older Australians to live safely, meaningfully, and with dignity.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments and enjoys building systems, leading campaigns, and translating strategy into measurable growth.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will own Montessori Care's end-to-end marketing strategy, working closely with internal leaders and external partners to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns.
You will partner with managers across the business to understand marketing needs, develop targeted campaigns, and ensure consistent, values-led brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
* Deliver high-impact campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
* Build and manage demand-generation strategies to attract families and quality carers
* Oversee website performance, optimisation, and continuous improvement
* Build and execute top-, middle-, and bottom-of-funnel strategies
* Optimise SEO and collaborate with partner agencies
* Create and oversee compelling content across social, blogs, email, and video
* Review and refine brand messaging, tone, and marketing collateral
* Update and maintain design and brand guidelines
* Manage and guide offshore social media and design resources
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with organisational goals
* Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors
* Ensure marketing activity aligns with legal, governance, and risk requirements
* Promote and support workplace health and safety practices
About You
* You are a strategic, creative marketer who brings both vision and execution. You will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven success designing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Strong experience with modern marketing tools and platforms
* Exceptional storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High computer literacy, including Microsoft products and design tools
* A genuine passion for staying ahead of marketing trends
