Outstanding Systems Professionals Sought
We are looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our team as Systems Engineers.
As a member of our high-performing team, you will work on maintaining the RAN's capability on the Hobart Class DDG Destroyers in Raytheon's Combat System Support Agent team.
Your key responsibilities will include defining and undertaking Systems Engineering tasks across the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements solicitation and development, system architecting and design solution development, functional integration, formal verification, liaison with other disciplines within your project team, and liaison with Subject Matter Experts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
* Demonstrable experience in one or more of the Systems Engineering lifecycle elements such as Requirements Development, Design Definition, Design Development, Integration and Verification
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
* Use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
* Previous exposure to Defence Systems Engineering processes and tools is highly desirable (e.g. DOORS)
* Ability to take or develop into a leading role in the team is highly desirable
* Experience in a Defence related industry is highly desirable
You must also be eligible to obtain and maintain a NV-1 Security clearance as needed.
