About the Role
We're looking for an experienced residential lending specialist who can step into a busy, well-supported environment and manage a wide variety of clients and scenarios. You'll handle complex residential lending deals, supported by a capable processing team and fueled by a steady stream of warm, qualified leads.
This role suits someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team, takes pride in delivering high-quality advice, and wants to build a long-term career with a business that will keep investing in them.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lending process from initial enquiry to settlement
Confidently assess and structure complex residential lending scenarios
Deliver personalised and professional advice to new and existing clients
Work closely with the back-end processing team to ensure smooth lodgment and follow-up
Maintain strong compliance practices and uphold the business's reputation
Opportunity to expand into commercial, agribusiness and other specialist lending areas
About You
Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential lending (banking or broking)
Strong understanding of credit, policy and complex loan structures
Client-focused, professional, and committed to delivering quality outcomes
Confident working in a fast-moving environment with consistent lead flow
Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking required (Diploma ideal)
