About The Role: The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing campus facilities, WHS, campus operations, building assets, contractors and service agreements, and ensuring all campus facilities are safe, well maintained, functional and compliant. The role provides both strategic planning and hands‑on operational leadership to ensure facilities meet the needs of staff, students and community users. This role is based at Greenacre and requires regular travel to other campuses.

Selection Criteria:

* Demonstrates and displays an understanding of the Islamic ethos of the school, supporting the school's philosophy, values, beliefs, and mission whilst contributing to a caring and supportive environment for all students, parents, and staff.
* Demonstrated experience in facilities management, property operations, or asset & maintenance management.
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislative requirements and facilities compliance.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, supplier contracts, and procurement processes.
* Experience managing a team in a facilities environment.
* High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong organisational and planning capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Current WWCC or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
* Qualification in facilities management, building management, engineering, or related trade/technical area.
* Experience in school, infrastructure, aged care, hospital, or public‑use facilities environment.
* Experience using digital facilities management or work‑order systems.Experience in minor project management.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Familiarity with essential services compliance obligations.
