Strategic HR Professional Sought
We are looking for a skilled and experienced human resources professional to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees, contractors, and temporary staff.
* They will also be responsible for administering and maintaining our HR information system (HRIS), preparing employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation, and coordinating performance reviews, probation tracking, and salary reviews.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
* Administer and maintain our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Prepare all necessary HR documentation, including employment contracts and induction packs.
* Coordinate performance reviews, probation tracking, and salary reviews.
* Liaise with payroll to ensure smooth payroll processing.
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR role.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR compliance.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
