About the role
As our new Change Manager, you'll be part of the Change team, reporting to the Manager Change. Your mission? To successfully implement change and communication activities across assigned projects that help minimise the impacts of change initiatives on the business.
In this role you will
* Support the Manger Change to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders. Facilitating buy-in to solutions, ensuring alignment for business engagement and change readiness.
* Define clear change management and communications strategies
* Deliver clear, quality change artefacts in line with the delivery framework
* Implement change and communications activities across projects
* Conduct business impact assessments to evaluate how proposed changes will affect various aspects of the business, including stakeholders, members, operations, processes, systems, and staff.
* Work with various business units & stakeholders to define tasks, set priorities & facilitate workshops for small and large audiences.
* Assist in the execution of communication plans, training plans, and business readiness assessments.
* Ensure smooth transition and embedding of new processes, systems, products and other business changes.
What we're looking for

* Experience in delivering complex transformational, program and project change across superannuation
* A deep understanding, and practical application, of change management tools, frameworks, techniques, artefacts and methodologies.
* Demonstrated ability to perform independently and as a team member during times of ambiguity.
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and organisational levels
* The ability to work autonomously across multiple projects, managing deadlines, priorities and adapting to moving timeframes. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder engagement across the fund.
* Critical thinking and strong structured and innovative problem‐solving abilities
