What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting multiple Yo-Chi venues and their Venue Managers
* Coaching teams on the floor and building strong, confident leaders
* Driving results across people, service, labour, and financial performance
* Creating a culture where teams feel supported, accountable, and proud of their venues
* Partnering with marketing to build local buzz and community connections
* Keeping standards high while making the experience fun for both team and guests.
You'll Thrive Here If You:
* Have 2+ years experience leading multiple venues in QSR or hospitality
* Are a people-first leader who loves building teams and developing talent
* Are hands on and present in venues, not just managing from a desk
* Know how to balance high standards with genuine care for people
