We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our accredited health services practice based at our renowned Curtin University Bentley campus. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing information on health services offered.
Manage patient records, handle phone calls, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient patient flow and contribute to a positive clinic environment.
Uphold strict confidentiality standards in handling sensitive patient information.
Who we are looking for/selection criteria:
Previous experience working in an administrative/reception role within the health services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanour.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, with the ability to manage appointments and patient records accurately.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to upholding confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Role Requirements:
As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered
