Job Title: Reliability Engineer
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with local teams to deliver real gains in reliability, efficiency, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion CSR and Saint-Gobain maintenance systems, change management and OPEX reliability frameworks
• Use a mix of on-site and virtual methods to coach, audit, and train maintenance teams
• Partner with the Reliability Systems Specialist and site leaders to drive OEE and cost improvements
• Review and optimise existing maintenance strategies – eliminate waste, increase value
• Provide support for major shutdown planning and execution
• Enhance preventative and predictive maintenance processes using SAP-PM
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across plant reliability systems

What You'll Bring:
• Solid experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and frontline teams
• Practical exposure to SAP PM, maintenance data analysis, and CMMS systems
• Familiarity with FMEA, reliability engineering tools, and best practices
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
