Skills Required:
A UKG Pro WFM consultant's job involves implementing and configuring UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions, including timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, developing reports, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates often need experience with SQL, Dell Boomi, and various UKG Pro modules, as well as strong communication and problem solving skills.
Key responsibilities
Implementation and configuration: Deploy and configure UKG Pro WFM modules, such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance, to meet client requirements.
Requirements gathering and analysis: Work with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system improvements.
System design and development: Develop custom reports, Hyper finds, and Data Views using tools like BIRT Studio or UKG Workforce Analytics.
Troubleshooting and support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide ongoing support, and ensure system compliance with labor laws and policies.
Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems, using tools like Dell Boomi and APIs, for UKG Pro Integration.
Testing: Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and strategies, and perform functional and integration testing.
Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Required qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience as a Kronos/UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant.
Certifications: UKG Pro WFM and/or UKG Pro Integration certifications are often preferred.
Technical skills:
o Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM configuration.
o Experience with SQL and Dell Boomi is highly desirable.
o Familiarity with modules like Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave, and Attendance.
o Experience developing custom reports and using tools like HyperFind.
Soft skills:
o Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
o Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
o Experience in client facing roles, including requirements gathering and solution design.
