Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems (including Database and Management Systems)
- Ensure systems are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of databases
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in information systems or information technology or other qualification, skills or knowledge which are deemed equivalent.
- An understanding of IT requirements/needs within an education environment.
- Experience in Student Information System (Synergetic) or Learning Management System (SEQTA) is essential.
- Excellent problem solving/trouble shooting skills.
- Well-developed communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
