**About the Role**
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, our client is looking for a passionate HR Leader to join their team. The role has scope for you to utilise all the skills in your HR toolkit. You will be managing a small team of two HR professionals and be part of a highly motivated and passionate team.
The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the CEO and within consultation to Team Leaders and Managers in order to support the business's vision, mission, and overall objectives.
The role is full time and the successful person will have responsibility for management and administration of the organisation's human resource requirements encompassing workforce capability, employment/transfers/terminations, employee relations, training and professional development, performance management, employment contract control, personnel records management, development of flexible service delivery including contemporary HR systems continuous improvement and policy and procedure development.
**Job requirements**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will possess the following:
- Relevant professional and/or tertiary qualifications (bachelor level or higher)
- Sound experience in Team Management
- High level leadership skills and experience in the delivery of effective human resources services including recruitment and retention, occupational safety and health, remuneration, industrial relations
- Substantial experience and knowledge related to the specific responsibilities
- Highly developed communication (especially written), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High level computer and ICT skills including demonstrated experience with human resource systems and Windows-based packages and development/improvement of contemporary electronic based systems
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to occupational health, safety and welfare, equal opportunity principles and practices, and staff development
- Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement activities and accreditation processes (desirable)
