Your Role:
As our new Salesperson, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the Wodonga office. Your responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers through phone, counter sales, and online, helping them find the right solutions to meet their needs.
* Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to grow our business.
* Processing orders efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
* Assisting with stock management, picking, packing, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
* Being a problem‐solver by understanding customer challenges and providing tailored solutions that add value to their businesses.
What You Bring to the Team:
* Sales experience or a strong customer service background. Experience in the industrial sector is a bonus, but if you're just starting your sales career and you are eager to learn, we'll train you!
* Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
* A positive, can‐do attitude with a passion for solving problems and helping customers.
* Basic computer skills to manage orders and inventory efficiently.
* A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
