Atlas Copco Power Technique is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to lead sales of our Portable Size II Compressors and Specialty Air solutions across Queensland and the Northern Territory, with occasional travel to PNG. Responsibilities
* Grow direct sales and develop new business across your QLD & NT territory.
* Build and execute your territory plan with full ownership of the sales cycle.
* Maintain strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
* Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
* Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
* Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
* Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
* Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
Qualifications
* Field sales experience (capital equipment/industrial solutions desirable).
* Understanding of mining, construction or industrial environments.
* Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply.
* Strong communicator and relationship builder.
* Self‐driven, organised and adaptable across a large territory.
* Willingness to travel regularly across QLD & NT.
