**About the Role**
In this role, you'll partner with an experienced Credit Team Leader to research and craft lending solutions for our brokers to present to clients, structuring home loans that meet their needs.
You'll be fully supported by our front-end broker team, back-end processing and settlement teams, and Credit Team colleagues to develop tailored loan structures. We value career progression and reward hard work, making this an ideal opportunity for someone ready to advance their finance career.
**No formal qualifications are required—just lending experience.**We'll sponsor you to complete a Cert IV or Diploma. As a key contributor, you'll play a critical role in our brokerage's success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with brokers to understand client requirements and objectives, then workshop credit structures with multiple lenders, adhering to Best Interest Duty.
- Leverage (or build) expertise in lender policies, working closely with Lender Business Development Managers (BDMs) to run scenarios and maintain our strong lender relationships for optimal client outcomes.
- Deliver structured advice for brokers to present and the processing team to package and submit.
- Coordinate with the processing team on complex or credit-critical Missing Information Requests (MIRs) from lenders.
