Our team is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and communications activities across digital platforms, project promotion, and community partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-established business while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.
About the Role
The Marketing Assistant supports the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives that strengthen KJ’s brand, promote our projects, and support our community partnerships.
You will assist with content creation, social media management, creating marketing material, and keeping brand consistency across all company communications.
This role will work closely with the marketing and management team to ensure all marketing activity aligns with the company’s strategic direction.
The role will start off as 1 day per week with the opportunity to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing and scheduling content across KJ’s social media platforms
* Support the creation of marketing content including project updates, case studies, and promotional materials
* Coordinate marketing assets and brand materials for sponsored teams, organisations, and community partners
* Ensure correct use of company logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity across marketing outputs
* Assist with website updates, digital content, and general marketing administration
* Help organise photography, video content, and promotional campaigns
* Support internal communications and company announcements
* Monitor engagement and provide feedback on content performance
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, creative, and passionate about marketing.
You will ideally have:
* Current study in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Seek
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
* Basic design skills or familiarity with tools such as Canva
* A strong understanding of brand consistency and professional communication
