The role
The Company
Our client is a recently established food manufacturer with their manufacturing facility in Pakenham, with production scheduled to commence in mid to late 2026. With a strong focus on quality, localisation and healthier formulations, the business is preparing to introduce a new brand to the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.Ensure policies comply with relevant employment legislation and industry standards.Assist with managing end‐to‐end recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.Develop and coordinate employee performance review processes.Provide advice and support on employee relations matters.Assist with disciplinary processes and workplace investigations as required.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace regulations, and company policies.Coordinate employee learning and development programs.Key Requirements
Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships at all levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
