Job Description:
Experienced Senior Contracts Specialists are required to manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale multi-residential developments, providing exceptional contract administration services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
* Collaborate with the procurement team
* Engage with internal project stakeholders
* Assist with progress claims and external variations
* Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts
* Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
* Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator or equivalent on commercial or multi-residential projects
* Experience working on projects valued at least $50M
* Willingness to support and mentor junior CAs
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Experience managing subcontractors, including programming, supervision, and contracts administration
* Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:

Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems
