Your new role
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing onsite repair projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple insurance repair projects
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress
* Conducting site inspections and ensuring all works meet quality and compliance standards
* Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and variations
* Liaising with clients, assessors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues
* Ensuring strict WHS compliance and maintaining site documentation
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience as a Site Supervisor within insurance repairs and restoration
* Strong understanding of building processes and defect rectification
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously with strong organisational capability
* Competence in using construction software and digital site management tools
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
