About the Role
We're looking for a Permanent Part-Time Fire Protection Apprentice to assist with inspection, testing, and compliance works.
You'll work directly with the Director and be trained properly from day one.
* Hours: 16–24 per week (flexible)
* Pay: $25–$30/hr + super
* Location: South East Queensland
* Extra hours: Up to 40 hrs/week during busy periods
This is not a casual or short-term role. It's a long-term opportunity with a great lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing
* Inspecting, testing, replacing, and installing:
* Fire extinguishers
* Fire hose reels
* Fire blankets
* Test & Tag (electrical appliances)
* Taking photos and recording asset data
* Assisting with reports and job scheduling
* Admin, basic sales support, prospecting
* Helping the Director with back-end operations
You'll start supervised and be expected to work independently by the end of training.

A Day in the Life
No two days are the same.
Some mornings we'll hit the gym, then head out to multiple sites doing extinguisher maintenance and inspections across SEQ.
Other days you might spend time in the office helping with reporting, scheduling, admin, and sales support.
You'll get exposure to:
