GetCareers is seeking candidates to undertake a Sales Consultant Traineeship with a privately owned, multi-franchise motor vehicle group in Mandurah. This full-time traineeship offers the opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Retail.
About the Role
- Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Logging and tracking enquiries accurately.
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments.
- Following a structured sales process to achieve sales targets.
- Assisting with day-to-day dealership operations and maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
- Hold an unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence
- Current WA Salesperson Licence (or willing to obtain)
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to lead by example while contributing effectively to a team

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must reside in the Mandurah Region due to job location
