Job Description:
* Sales Representative
This role involves developing and managing existing customer bases while building new business prospects at assigned locations. The representative will work closely with franchises to build successful levels of sales, profitability, promotional, and technical expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop trust relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and expanding business relationships by proposing value-adding solutions.
2. Accountable for sales development in the market segment at assigned locations.
3. Analyse the market segment, identify potential and existing customer accounts, and implement direct sales strategies to obtain business from new and existing accounts.
4. Work with franchises to build successful levels of sales, profitability, promotional, and technical expertise.
5. Complete weekly and monthly reports on time and achieve sales targets set by the CSR Sales Manager.
