Brief Description
As our new Non-Drive Hub site manager, you will be responsible for the general management of the facility, vehicle check in & movement processing/tracking and stock management. Developing & maintaining strong relationships across our broader Claims & Assessing teams, you will work directly with the on-site assessing managers, Manheim & CIS Towing providers, ensuring accessibility of all non-drive vehicles for assessing, the timely movement of vehicles and that OH&S & legislative requirements are strictly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate & liaise with various C&A stakeholders and state assessing manager/s
* Manage the day to day running of the Non-Drive Hub in safe and efficient manner, actively enforcing OH&S Policy and Procedures
* Receive and dispatch vehicles from the Non-Drive Hub and maintain vehicle stock records and systems
* Daily, weekly and monthly yard audit reports
* Supervision and management of the Non-Drive Hub Staff
* Scheduling forklifts to move vehicles within the Non-Drive Hub, and organising vehicles into dedicated zones & bays
* Ensure vehicles are booked into the correct zones and bays that are reflected on the assessment booking slot
* Daily clearing of the yard in preparation for the next day as well as general shed maintenance & cleanliness, and restocking shed consumables
* Batching of vehicles in a coordinated fashion to ensure minimal movements and reduce risk of damage
* Collect tag and note in a register all keys received, ensure CSO team follows up on any keys not received before vehicle release to Salvage
Essential
* Experience working in a similar environment, along with previous leadership experience
* Full Australian Drivers licence
* Intermediate computer skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly
* Able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, and work well in a team
Desirable
* Experience in Customer Service, Site management or workshop management along with handling complaints & coordinating work sites
* Experience OH&S and a current First Aid Certificate
