At our organisation, we are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to take on a challenging role. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director of HR and support her with all HR Functions.
The purpose of this position is to be the first point of contact for staff who attend the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will also provide administrative assistance and support to the Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration
* Recruitment & Onboarding
* HR Compliance
* Inductions
* Assist with maintaining online training programs
* Liaise with the Payroll Officer when required
Requirements:
* At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar administration role, preferably within a Human Resources Department
* Tertiary qualifications relevant to this position (e.g. Certificate IV in Business Administration or Human Resources)
* The ability to act with discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to staff is an essential requirement of this role
* Demonstrated strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ability to respond rapidly to change
* A current Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain
