About the Role
As a technical Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth and building lasting relationships across multiple segments including MRO, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
Your role will include::
* Developing new business opportunities across industrial sectors
* Managing and expanding existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
* Identifying new opportunities across our full product portfolio
* Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored, site‐specific solutions
* Managing sales process through our CRM system to achieve agreed objectives
* Conducting regular client visits for meetings, site inspections and product introductions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and technically minded sales professional who brings:
* Technical background to complement sales experience with engineered products
* Candidates with relevant industry experience will be highly considered
* 2+ years of experience in business development or technical sales within industrial or mechanical components
* Experience working across any industrial sectors or applications
* A background in power transmission products such as couplings, motors, gearboxes, bearings, or drives would be beneficial
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative, solution‐oriented approach
* Confidence managing the full sales cycle across direct and distributor channels
* Brisbane‐based with flexibility to travel throughout Queensland when required
