Early Childhood Room Leader Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to lead our early childhood team in delivering high-quality education and care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy and practice, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and programming of educational activities, collaborating with the management team to develop and implement best practices, and fostering a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and family engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
2. Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the National Quality Standards and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
3. Mentor and support educators to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
4. Engage with families to build relationships and promote a sense of community, ensuring that every child feels valued and supported.
Requirements:
* A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* High-level understanding of the National Quality Standards, Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, and National Education and Care Law and Regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
