We are currently looking for a Head Cook to join the team. You'll be: Responsible for food preparation ahead of service and cooking to order. Supervising and guiding the kitchen team during shift Maintaining kitchen standards, food quality and food safety practices. Have the opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities Have a flexible roster with mix of morning and evening shifts Choosing a role that can be full-time (38 hrs/week), with flexibility for candidates seeking a casual or part-time role 25-30 hours per week. Experienced in a busy kitchen environment (restaurants, pubs, clubs or similar) Strong knife skills, food preparation ability and confident using grills and stoves. Solid understanding of food safety requirements. Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent hands-on experience) preferred. Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within a business.
