Embark on a dynamic career as an Office Administrator in our Morwell hub.


About the Role

* As an integral member of our team, you will serve as a welcoming front-of-house presence for visitors and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the smooth operation of our office by undertaking key administrative tasks.
2. Oversee the presentation and maintenance of our facilities, including meeting rooms and communal spaces, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
3. Collaborate with our corporate People & Culture team to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
4. Attend to general inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and stakeholders alike.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and coordination.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
* Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
* Strong people skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, partners, and visitors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.


Desirable Qualities:

* Experience in customer service or community engagement.
* A strong understanding of Victoria's energy transition or a willingness to learn about it.
