* Provide expert customer service and technical guidance to clients.
* Coordinate jobs, manage data entry, process quotes, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently.
Key Skills:
* Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent organisational skills are essential.
* Agricultural mechanic qualification or equivalent mechanical certification is highly desirable but not mandatory for the right candidate.
* Familiarity with Case, New Holland, Kenworth, or DAF parts would be advantageous.
