About The Role
CSR is looking for a practical, solutions-focused
Construction Supervisor, Builder or Tradesperson
to join our team as a
Technical Account Manager
to help drive the adoption of Hebel—our innovative and sustainable building solution—across
Western Australia.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be out on customer sites, working directly with installers, builders, and contractors. You'll be training teams on product installation, solving technical challenges on-site, and helping customers get the most out of Hebel. Your real-world experience will be key to influencing building methodology and ensuring our products are used effectively and safely.
If you've worked with facades, know your way around a building site, and enjoy helping others get the job done right, this role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership and practical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* On-Site Support & Training: Deliver hands-on training to installers and contractors, ensuring correct installation and product use.
* Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with builders and trades, offering practical advice and technical support.
* Site Visits & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met and support warranty documentation.
* Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for resolving installation issues and providing real-time solutions on-site.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product enhancements and industry trends, especially in facade systems and sustainable building.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
About You
* Hold a current Building License or a recognized Construction Trade qualification
* Hands-on experience in building, facades, or construction
* Comfortable working on-site and solving practical challenges
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Keen to share knowledge and train others
* Passionate about quality, safety, and building innovation
