About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative& operational support to the Property Management team, while learning and growing within a dynamic agency.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

* Supporting day-to-day operations within the office
* Engaging with clients via phone, email and in-person
* Learning internal systems and real estate processes
* Running local errands and attending property appointments as required
* Assisting with property management processes, documentationand appointments.


About You

The successful candidate will have:

* Administration experience (preferred)
* A current and valid driver's licence (essential)
* Previous experience or interest in the real estate industry (advantageous)
* Good communication skills and a professional presentation
* Willingness to learn and be part of a close-knit, experienced team
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

This role can be structured for either full-time or part-time employment, making it ideal for someone starting in real estate or seeking to further develop their property career.
