Moller - Maersk Senior Finance Business Partner (Manager)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Business Partner / Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team.

Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs, provide financial guidance, and support strategic initiatives.
Performance Management: Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and implement action plans to address variances.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising business performance.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and investors.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
