Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic mental health professional to provide therapy and assessments to children and adolescents.
This role involves delivering evidence-based support, working collaboratively with families and other providers, and making a positive impact on young people's lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and families, as well as proficiency in psychological assessments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualised therapy to children and adolescents using modalities such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, or play-based approaches
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and prepare clear reports
* Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other providers to support shared goals and continuity of care
* Deliver services under Medicare and/or NDIS, aligned with best practice and client goals
Qualifications and Skills
* Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
* Experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and families
* Proficiency in psychological assessments
* A neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive clinical approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
