The Role:
* Assist a Senior Property Manager with a capped and manageable portfolio
* Liaise with landlords and tenants
* Complete routine inspections and report as required
* Oversee leases and lease renewals
* Manage repairs and maintenance
* Utilize cloud-based software
Candidate Requirements:
* 6+ months of previous Property Management experience
* QLD Certificate of Registration
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner and time management
* Corporate presentation
