Overview
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager fluent in English and Mandarin to lead cross‐border product delivery across fintech platforms spanning payments, funds, and trading products. The role partners closely with offshore teams in China and Malaysia, translating business needs into explicit, build‐ready product requirements and driving delivery from concept to launch.
Base Pay Range
A$120,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
1. Own product requirements end‐to‐end across fintech platforms
2. Translate and document requirements in English and Mandarin
3. Work closely with Business Analysts and offshore development teams
4. Review delivered functionality and ensure alignment to requirements
5. Manage stakeholder input and prioritisation across the product lifecycle
Requirements
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
7. 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar
8. Strong fintech or financial‐services product experience
9. Proven experience working with offshore teams
10. Explicit communicator with solid documentation skills
