Qld Recruitment Desk Manager


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations including Guest Services, housekeeping, maintenance and administration.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service to ensure executional guest experience.
* Efficiently manage front office systems and procedures.
* Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
* Monitor expenses and revenue to reach financial targets.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
* E nsure the safety and security of guests and staff.


Requirements:

* Hands-on approach to management.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Experience in front office operations.
* Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
* Marketing skills and knowledge of hospitality industry.
