Operations Support Officer - Technical Specialist
The role of Operations Support Officer - Technical Specialist is a critical position within our team, providing essential support across various technical areas. This includes facility induction, health and safety compliance, equipment service records, financial transactions, and SharePoint site management.
About the Role
* Provide technical support to maintain smooth operational outcomes in PC1/PC2 specialized facilities, teaching and research labs, Clinical Trials Unit, and other clinic activities.
* Contribute to the effective operation of TPH through compliance support, maintaining facility induction, health and safety compliance, and equipment service records.
* Undertake financial transactions using the University's finance systems, including purchasing supplies and managing budgets.
* Maintain and manage Group contact lists and assist with updates to TPH SharePoint sites.
About You
* You will have an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge, and experience.
* Familiarity with lab equipment and maintenance support is essential.
* You possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive) and SharePoint content management is required.

* This is a continuing, part-time (60%) position based at Griffith University Gold Coast campus, with flexibility to work across multiple campuses.
* A competitive salary range HEW level 4 ($73,623 - $77,680 per annum) plus 17% superannuation.
