Multiple Dynamics 365 CRM Developers with Powerplatform and Azure-Baseline clearance
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developers to deliver enterprise-grade CRM and Power Platform solutions within a federal government environment.
This role focuses on end-to-end solution delivery across configuration, customisation, integration, and DevOps, with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable, and maintainable design.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary Agile team, contributing to critical business platforms and enabling seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions
* Develop business entities, forms, views, dashboards, and model-driven apps
* Implement workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Automate flows
* Deliver system integrations across Azure SQL, enterprise finance systems (e.g., TechOne), and Power Pages
* Configure and enforce CRM security model (roles, access controls, auditing)
* Develop and support data migration, cleansing, and data quality processes
* Contribute to technical design documentation and solution architecture
* Collaborate within Agile delivery teams, supporting continuous improvement
* Support release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy
* Provide input to operational readiness and BAU handover
Essential Requirements
Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
* Strong hands-on experience with:
o Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse configuration (tables, relationships, forms, views)
o Model-driven app development
o Plugins, workflows, and Power Automate
o Dashboards, reporting, and analytics
* Proven experience implementing:
o Security model (roles, business units, field-level security)
o Auditing and compliance controls
o Data migration and data quality frameworks
Engineering, Integration & DevOps
* Experience with:
o Power Platform ALM and release management
o CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
o Environment strategy and solution lifecycle management
* Strong integration capability across:
o Dataverse Web API, REST services
o Azure Services (Service Bus, Azure SQL)
o Custom development (C#/.NET)
* Understanding of:
o DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles
o Power Platform governance (DLP, connectors, monitoring)
o Microsoft 365 integration (e.g., SharePoint Online)

* Experience working in distributed teams
* Ability to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies effectively
