Responsibilities
Along with provisioning our equipment to the various farms we cater to and transporting back to processing plants, our Truck Driver will see themselves:
* Actioning pre-start checks, apply load restraints after Forklift operators have loaded trailers with crates.
* Sanitizing and completing tare off on the weighbridge.
* Driving to and from farm complexes remove load restraints to wait for crates to be removed and reloaded, re-apply load restraints.
* Returning to the plant, weigh off & unload crates.
* Operating within safety guidelines
We generally see two loads actioned a night, occasionally three, with a working week being Sunday to Thursday nights.
Requirements
* Multi combination experience
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to maintain clean truck conditions both inside and out.
* Respectful nature to the job being actioned.
