Role Purpose
The Client Administration Officer will be part of the Finance Functional Division. You will be responsible for providing a central point of contact for recording client events within the Finance System, handling account-related enquiries, and follow-up for the Ageing group of Services. This role focuses on assisting Ageing Clients with query resolution, data entry, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates to the system.
2. Process data entry of client events into the finance system and related programs.
3. Undertake client data verification activities and checks.
4. Answer client fee account enquiries and follow up as required.
5. Record notes and attach documents against client records.
6. Support creation and execution of client contracts, manage debtor accounts, refunds, and lump-sum payments.
7. Assist in database housekeeping activities for the Finance System.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally, you will have proven experience in an administrative role, with a background in the Aged Care sector being highly regarded. Exceptional communication skills are essential due to the client-facing nature of this position. Attention to detail is also crucial to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
* Prior administrative experience, preferably in Aged Care.
* Understanding of effective, positive customer service delivery.
* Experience with phone calls, emails, and letter writing.
* Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail.
