Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Perth. This role will provide administrative support to our project managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of complex projects.
About the Role
* Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
* Manage technical document coding and filing in accordance with client structures and standards.
* Respond to RFIs, document queries, and status updates with professionalism and efficiency.
* Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, supporting strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Assist with project close-out and contribute to broader coordination and administrative tasks.
Requirements
* A sound experience as an Assistant Project Manager within the construction or building services industry.
* An understanding of building systems, NCC, and basic contract law.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project or ERP systems.
* A Certificate IV in Construction or related qualification (preferred).
* Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative approach.
