About the Role:
As an Assistant Agent, you will support your lead agent in every aspect of the sales process while gaining the skills needed to build your own career in real estate. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
* Managing buyer follow-up, qualification and database updates
* Preparing appraisal packs, listing presentations and sales documentation
* Coordinating marketing, photography, floorplans and property campaigns
* Prospecting activities and generating new listing opportunities
* Liaising with sellers, buyers, solicitors and service providers
* Providing high-level customer service from listing to settlement
What We're Looking For:
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Prior real estate experience preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn industry software quickly
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Ability to work Saturdays
* Professional presentation and a proactive, team-focused attitude
